Threatning YouTuber

I am not kidding you o.o There is some miserable bastard on YouTube who calls himself "Random Asshole." Apparently he goes on random videos and posts these very threatening and inappropriate comments on their videos or the other commenters. Threats like breaking someone's neck or beating the crap out of them. Honestly, I do not know if this guy is joking or whatever, but his dumb butt should be arrested for even posting stuff like this.
